Delivery in Pakistan

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days to major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar, and 4–6 working days to other areas. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide. International delivery times and charges vary by destination and are shown at checkout before payment. Please note that customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Custom Length Orders

Every abaya is available in Standard or Custom Length at no additional cost. Select Custom Length on the product page and leave your height and preferred fall in the order notes at checkout. Custom-length pieces are cut to order and typically add 3–5 working days before dispatch. Because they are made to your measurements, custom-length items are final sale unless the item arrives defective.

Returns

Unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact, can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The following are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective: custom-length pieces, hijabs and underscarf caps (for hygiene reasons), and items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If a standard-size abaya does not fit as expected, we are happy to exchange it for a different size within 14 days, subject to availability. Email us before sending anything back so we can reserve the replacement.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping — this applies to custom-length pieces as well.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@murjanabaya.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will confirm the return address and next steps within 24 hours. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of us receiving the item, to the original payment method.
